What's the longest you stayed awake?
 

All this talk of fasting made me reminisce to my partying days.

I once danced for almost 24 hours, I couldn't tell you if drugs were involved because I can't remember but I know I was awake for almost 3 days. I remember getting the bus home completely fucked but totally happy.

What's the longest you stayed awake and why?

48 hours , aderall

62 hours.. (No drugs other then alcohol trying to get me to sleep) I hate insomnia! :disgust

Numerous 48 hour shifts - I was on call for 24 of them, most of the time I worked through them though...

3 days was nothing unusual during my bad habit days.

36-42 or so hours. Due to plane traveling, long waiting between flights etc etc.

>72 hrs - major tooth infection, fever...hallucinations.

But I had several long weekend benders that were almost as long back in the day.

Five nights, 120 hours in Miami during WMC.

Got there Friday night and did enough blow to stop an elephant's heart. And just kept on going, going, going, going. Pulled an Odom and went full veg on Tuesday night, slept until Friday morning.

And yes, the stories about full blown hallucinations and spirit world shit is real. But I'm not sure if that was from the lack of sleep or WAYYY too much coke. Probably a lot of both.

Whenever I wake up I just try my best to go back into denial with most of humanity. I would say I stay awake for maybe 2 weeks at most then sit around and feed my brain with a ton of CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, FOX, and NFL until I go back to sleep.

A couple of days in bootcamp if I remember correctly, that's probably around it.

Prior to January 26, 2007, three or four days, frequently. Since then, maybe 20 hours, once or twice. (If I had the money and time back I wasted, I could retire and sleep in every day for 100 more years...)

No drugs involved, 72 hours while in the field in my Army days, monsoons, missiles got bogged down, people were injured, a downright unpleasant time.

3 days with no drugs except java

and yes after 2 days you start seeing things

Around 48hs, perhaps a little more but not much.

Nearly 3 days during a terrible bout with insomnia. Didn't know if I was still awake or dreaming at the end of it and can't remember what happened during the last day.

Probably not longer than ~ 30 hours :)
Quite boring.

24hours max.

I like sleep way to much to pass up on it. There's a point where its better than any drug or experience. I guess it's my favorite drug.

48 hours, Ritalin binge, twice. Only time I would have called myself a druggie. That was very tough on my body, felt good of course and that's why I did it at the time. :(

74 hours. Slept for the next 12 hours. No drugs or anything like that.

4 days making cheese and ice cream at a famous factory! a guy scared me off :1orglaugh a guy worked 5 and dropped dead in the factory. how i found out about the 24 hrs i was working 5 days 12 hours. some asshole told me you can just stay 24hrs. omg i started seeing shit! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Approximately 30 hours I think. After 24 hours I began to hear strange noises and my reaction became slow
