There was a time when pay per view porn was one of the most profitable areas for a hotel, that time is long gone and thats why they are abandoning it, not because of any moralistic turn.

Free porn has hurt even that sector of the mainstream market....

Drummer in the last band I played in got laid off after 20 years as a warehouse manager for Lodgenet, one of the big on-demand providers. He thought something was up when the trucks full of returned used equipment kept coming in.

Playboy and now this. I guess there is no money in porn.

I would imagine no one in their right mind would be paying for porn in their hotel room. Why bother when everyone carries a tablet or a laptop with them when they travel, and can fap fap fap to tubes all day long.

I thought $13.95/day internet charges were supposed to replace porn losses?
