What would it take for you guys to stop offering our content?

Couple years ago, you reviewed our content and thought it would do well on adultpornstarcontent.com and your network of buyers.

We believed you had an interested in the content and thought you would be doing a bit of revenues so we signed a NON exclusive contract/license. Time went by and you didn't resell a SINGLE movie, blaming the quality of the (dated) content.

We cancelled the contract and told you NOT to offer our content anymore. You agreed and sent us back a Hard drive (you said the one we sent you was corrupted)


5 months ago I sent a secret shopper that asked for French Video Content, emails went back and forth and to be honest, I had forgotten about it until you replied to him and offered OUR Titles (Java Consulting) :mad:

Please delete our content asap from your servers and DO NOT Offer our content anymore to ANYONE or we would take legal action, we have all the information (Name, addresses etc...) needed to file a complaint.

PS: we have been using another broker since then and sales have been great.
I have no way of knowing if AFSC sold our content within the past 2-3 years. I guess I should have done more research then and asked more questions.

If they (AFSC) now are so worried and concerned about the two names, which indeed are easy to mix up, then why do they continue to do business with Ackerman (APSC) on a broker basis?

That must just add to the potential mix up. Either they are not so unhappy with the mix up as they claim or the mix up is just something dragged out to defend either part when there are new shady stuff going on.

If they (AFSC) were really, truly unhappy with any and all mix up situations, then they would immediately seize to allow Ackerman (APSC) to broker their content.

So far, I have not heard of it or seen any such thread. Obviously they have at least some type of business arrangement together.

Thierry and I have a business deal on the table as we speak for a complete buyout of his entire library in a face to face business deal in Spain. So why he is having you make this post is a little confusing ( unless they are 2 different people ). I have been doing broker deals directly with his wife but now speaking to Thierry directly regarding the buyout.

Java Consulting- I am still interested in this library. Sadly the harddrive was broken when I received it and do recall mailing it back to your licensed broker with the promise he was going to send me another one over a year ago. I was never told to stop offering it and I never got a working drive.

I have just deleted your excel list with your movies titles on it and it will no longer be offered to my potential customers. The content itself never made it to my servers.

If the HD you received was broken and therefore did not have the content, how can you be offering it for sale?
I told the broker not send anything for the time being. I did ask Desertfox to stop offering it on GFY as well, same with AFSC.
