Plugrush sends traffic from different country
 

Look I had an ongoing ticket with plugrush that's hasn't been replied for a very long time.

Basically, I bought brazil traffic. However, most of the traffic doesn't come from brazil.

This is what I got. Notice I am buying ONLY BR traffic for that campaign. Blocking more and more IP simply makes the problem worst. Now almost all coming traffic is not from BR.

They said they'll look into it. But it's been weeks and it keeps getting worse.

What's even worse is

I used to send traffic to http://domainname.com/?cmp=cmp={$campaign_id}


I am very sure I no longer send traffic to that URL. Yet I still get traffic going to http://domainname.com/?cmp={$campaign_id}

I sent them support. Since then I have been "talking" to my self with that ticket. I asked them do I have any URL that goes to http://domainname.com/?cmp={$campaign_id}. No reply. I checked my campaign one by one and find none. The search feature doesn't allow me to search for URL in image.

I wonder if there is a redirector with stats that I can send traffic too. That way I can share the username and password with them so they can check it themselves. I ask them to try buying their own traffic and see for themselves what's going on.

Many time, I do not know anything.

It happens in all.

Clearly, something isn't working right. I would bet they'll get this figured out for you!

Another update. I still got a good return on that niche. That is impossible if I am charged for that traffic given that 90% or so is not from the country I want. So it seems that I am not charged for those extra traffic.

I will just figure out how to monetize those extra traffic ;) While it lasts

Another update, that last thread is wrong and I can no longer modify it. I am still figuring out. Amount of missing traffic is around 28% and not 90%. Overall I am still happy with plugrush.
