OK heres what I dont get...they are taking in more than two dollars for every single dollar they pay out, thats a markup of over 100 percent...how can a bunch of fucking morons in government fuck THAT up?

Running numbers used to be a big mob racket..now they call it pick 3 or whatever.....the difference..the mob actually paid out more, you had better odds....

Yet if you or I did this we would go to jail....government doesnt like competition when it comes to stealing.
