Bronze Star combat Dog murdered by bicyclist in Wyoming
Quote:
Really messed up, so the highly trained military dog somehow got free from its yard. Then by mere coincidence a cyclist is being chased by a pack of dogs who says he's attacked shoots the military dog in front of its house. Dog was shot in the back, the cyclist had no wounds or damage to his bike from the "pack of dogs". I smell bullshit in the cyclist story :disgust |
these type of dogs should be on the base only. :2 cents::2 cents:

Poor dog.

Who the fuck has a holster on their bike?

A trained dog would never attack for no reason, and this is the WTF of the day: The 59-year-old Powell man who shot Mike has not been cited for any wrongdoing.

Wyoming is full of wild and dangerous animals. Whether it's common or not for a cyclist to have a gun, I have no clue, but I don't see it being that out of line.
Shooting the dog on the other hand... |

This reads like an extreemly biased story. Should the biker let the dogs attack him prior to shooting one or all of them? Cops kill dogs all the time for very little reason, where is the outrage about that? I'm also pretty fucking sure that soldiers in Afghan or Iraq shot a fuck ton of dogs there when they felt threatened, why is this dog so special, just because it was a retired service dog..
|
And technically a responsible dog owner keeps the dog on his property or control.
|
I used to get attacked by wild dogs all the time hiking in the desert outside Tucson. You don't have to shoot them, just blow off a couple rounds in their general direction and they turn tail and RUN.

Poor Mike ,RIP :(

A dog will chase a person on a bike. It's fun for them. A pack will chase for food or defence.
A pack of wild dogs is unlikely to allow an outsider dog join in a chase, he's more likely to become the prey. An Army Trained dog is taught to be violent on command. They're useless otherwise as they work with a unit. There's a police dog training place in the next village. They're friendly dogs, until told otherwise or frightened. Dogs chase for fun, food or if frightened. Or someone comes into their territory, what's the background of the killer? I call BS on the cyclists story. |
This happens about once every 90 minutes in the US, except that it's Police officers shooting the dogs....
. |
I hope they didn't let the meat go to waste.

Clearly the bike is at fault. The cyclist should be charged for using an unregistered weapon. What i think is needed is more bike controls so in the future this does not happen again.
|
I smell BS a mile away with the biker's story. It doesn't add up especially about Mike being shot in the back. This lowlife is a pussy or got his rocks off shooting a defenseless dog.
Dog killers deserve a very special place in hell. |

If he killed the dog with birdshot fired from a revolver, then the dog was close to him when the shot was fired.
