About the Company
Our company is well established and internationally known in the online adult community. We specialize in operating adult content webcam sites that provide users/members the opportunity to view/chat/interact with models in various categories or areas of interest.

The Opportunity
We are in the process of establishing our new office in South Florida and seek some talented candidates, with strong business development skills, to help grow our business in the United States.

Main role and responsibilities:
? Communication with models and studios in our portfolio;
? Identifying, developing and establishing business relationships with new models and studios;
? Representation of the company at industry meetings, summits and conferences;
? Communication with the affiliates that drive Internet traffic to our sites;

Requirements for candidate:
? Excellent communication skills. The candidate must be ready, willing and able to communicate with new people comfortably, and must have great desire to do it;
? Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
? Work well under pressure, with ability to meet time constraints and deadlines;
? Proficient PC skills;
? Familiarity with online research, as well as use of chat and messenger programs
? Excellent English skills (verbal/written);
? Rich lexicon; with an ability to communicate and write on various topics;
? Quick study and eager learner
? Prior work experience as a model, affiliate manager, or in sales role will be a great advantage;
