Link from popular domains that do not rel=nofollow the links. Let the search indexing robots find you naturally.

You could also give Google a heads up by subscribing the domains to Google-Analytics. But have them fully loaded with content before you do this -- it can be a risky thing to do if you get it wrong :2 cents:
