Hahahaha funny..

I was at a McDonalds last week and was surprised by what I saw. They had replaced most of the humans & cashes at the order area, and replaced them with ATM-style order kiosks. Tap your order, swipe your card, and pickup your food.

Next, they had a completely custom "build your own burger" menu, with lots of cool ingredients like various peppers, sauces, cheeses including Blue Cheese, Camembert, Feta, Gouda, and even guacamole, with waitress and table service!

I thought this was great. If you know you want the standard big mac for dinner, just order it at an automated kiosk. But if you want extra service and experiment with something new, you can now get that too.

Say what you want about McDonalds, but here's a company experimenting with new ideas in a while where fast food is becoming less and less interesting. Adult companies complaining about slow sales should take note and consider taking some risks once in a while.
