3.9 A Paxum account contains confidential information and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The Paxum username can be transferred pending a verification of a contract between two parties. A company may also be transferred; for it to be accepted by Paxum, the new owner must present the updated registration showing the new owner(s), and the old owner must advise of the change for it to be approved.
