I once had a friend from highschool bring her sister over to my place recently. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen. She was at least 500lbs and had to walk in sideways through all doors.

She couldn't sit on furniture so she sat on the floor during a party of ours. She drank a 26er and ate all the entrees. We weren't rude to her. I thought of a million questions but decided to keep them to myself. She's 23 and can still move reasonably well.

The biggest shame about this is she's young yes, but she's got an amazingly beautiful face that would bait anyone on dating sites if she just showed her upper neck and face. She actually DIDN'T have a double chin.

I couldn't believe what I saw. I have friends and family in the 200-300 range but not 500lbs. This girl looked like she was sitting on a bean bag, but it was her stomach and ass. I would offer some help (I lost 50+ lbs on my own and kept it off) but my personal progress is a whole different beast than what she'd have to go through to be healthy.
