I do not see many of them nowadays.

My site receives traffic from dump sites, but not really a whole lot. Most of my traffic comes from the TGP sites, blogs and other various types of websites. But yeah, some of the dump sites have low Alexa ranks and a few of them do get decent traffic. So yeah, you could at least try it out and see.
