i rarely tune in to the fresh shows. they run a classic SNL episode here before the new episode, which i do try to watch, last nite's was from 1976, it was fucking funny as fuck, chevy chase's last performance as a cast member.

i was pretty unimpressed with the episode. i was glad to see larry david back as Bernie and i thought Trump did fine but felt the show fell flat overall. with Trump as fodder, they had a lot more opportunity for hilarity i thought. like the hotline bling parody, it just had glimpses of Trump while it should have been all Trump, that would have been hilarious!

the Trump tweeting bit was just plain bad. like wow bad. IMO of course.
