Dear Support.

UN: Special "Ed"
For some reason I am unable to post a 150x150 pixel 19.3kb photo for my avatar for this username on GFY.

However, I have another GFY username where I am able to upload a photo for my avatar. Is there some reason why my (Special "Ed") account is not working properly?

Please advise.

Use your other nick instead

There is no support here. Look under the upload box.

"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)."

Choose 'Do not use an avatar'
Save this and then logout of GFY
Then reboot and log back in.

Some of the answers I get on this board...lol. Thank you for the ones that made sense.

I tried to change my avatar by logging out of the browser, with another browser, no success. I also have another login and like I mentioned, I was able to add a photo there no problem.

I also had another person login with my credentials, they couldn't change it either. Obviously something is wrong with the account.
