Two 6 oz glasses of red wine per week and maybe a few beers a month .

So far this month I have had 2 martinis and 1 glass of white wine. I usually have a few beers on a Friday night and maybe on a Saturday too but I don't touch any alcohol Sunday - Thursday.

Used to drink a fair bit but non really anymore the tablets im on give me bad headaches when i drink.
