Apple app to view live video from it's camera? Or Android?

Hi all, does anyone know if there is an iTunes app that will allow me to monitor the iPad camera and upload video feed to the cloud or send photos via email ever X seconds? I want to use it as a 4G backup to wifi video cameras for security purposes. If it ran in the background without employees knowing then even better (they know there are video cameras).

I am doubting this exists on iTunes unless its jailbroken perhaps. If not, is there one for Android?

This will eventually become a web standard with WebRTC. So far it's pretty new even for desktop browsers. But support is coming. It's only a matter of time.

I think it's going to be the only route to get adult video from a mobile device with the app store restrictions.

In the meanwhile see, http - Upload live streaming video from iPhone like Ustream or Qik - Stack Overflow.

Just contact the NSA I'm sure they have what you need.

Really would prefer something that can be done in the stealth mode without anyone knowing that particular device is recording. Is there anything on android that can do this?

I'm unsure if you're in he USA or elsewhere. Just check your local laws about that and expectations of privacy. And maybe you may have to write up a disclaimer of some soft too. Just food for thought. Don't want you to get jammed up on some legalities.
