Javbucks payment problem
 
Hi everybody,

I read this forum for quite a while now but it's my first post. I'm a bit sad to start with that kind of message but here we go:

I have a payment problem with javbucks (payment pending). I contacted the support and I had a quick reply. On the 1 of november, my payment was finally marked as "Ready to send". But after reading that all payments were sent for this month, I noticed that mine was still Pending and nothing was sent on november the 2nd. I sent a message to the support about it but no reply since the 5th.

I know that javbucks admin is a member here so I hope I will get a reply. Everything was working great until now so I'm a bit surprised.

Sorry to dig up this old topic, but I still have issues. I don't know if I should post the whole story here or not as I can't send PM to LeRoy. I tried to contact JAVbucks support, after one reply, nothing. I tried to add LeRoy on Skype (and I sent a message to explain why I added him), and no response so far.

Hope your issue gets resolved jscott. Regardless of program, biller, etc., replies should *never* take more than one business day. Even one day is pushing it.

Unless you're shooting/in a meeting, if a customer or affiliate contacts you, you drop everything and answer it then and there.

Sad to say that ethic is lost on many programs here.

Maybe you should set up a ticket system, they're great to keep track of support requests. Kayako.com is great for instance

Sorry again to re up this topic. Javbuck helped me as much as the can so I don't have any complain about them.
The quick story :
My fucking bank lost the check from javbucks when they sent it back to me (I told them to cash it but for them, the check isn't valid). I want them to pay me because it's their fault but now, another "problem", the check wasn't signed so it was still not valid. It's been a long time so I can't remember how the check from javbucks looked like in 2015 but I remember it was a JPMorgan Chase check.

Does someone that received a check from javbucks can confirm me that the checks were/are signed ?

Checks when we got them were always signed. Switch to Paxum. No problems there.

An unsigned check sounds very unusual, since that's the most basic level of authentication.

Perhaps it's the signature on the back that is the issue? My bank makes me sign USD cheques when I deposit them, in the endorsement area on the back. It's part of the teller's checklist.

Payment check, usually, are expired in 6 month and they are treated by third party agents. For the moment those agents are not available and our company has changed ones to proceed payout you need. We have no data about your check at all.

We always try to help our affiliates, but in this case - it can't be done.

Yes in my message exchange with javbucks staff, they told me that they moved to another bank and they can't access to old check archives.
I was able to get a paypal payment for another check I received later (and didn't send to the bank this time) so I don't have any complain about javbucks.

Cool, just putting it out there. In Australia local cheques do not need to be endorsed, so that's an extra (unusual) requirement when depositing a USD cheque. Sometimes I forget and the teller reminds me, sometimes the teller forgets and I remind them. :1orglaugh

Good to see that this had a happy ending. Naughty Revenue could take a lesson from javbucks about affiliate customer service. Naughty Revenue is atrocious beyond deplorable. I am surprised if anyone still promotes their program. For a bigger company, their customer service is worst than some mom and pop's porn operation. They simply don't care about their affiliates and ignores emails. Their tools are one of the worst and not updated. Getting in touch with your affiliate manager.....well still waiting for a reply from weeks ago. Beware :mad:
