Do the majority of tubes still accept them?

I'd recommend you use Chrome, Firefox, Safari and even Internet Explorer if all else fails. Anything else is...meh

For now the two that I tested in trial do not work !

The tubesitessubmitter customer service is just a good joke.
I have an error message on the trial version and the person tells me to look at their blog to use the software is really piteous !

There aren't more that 10 tubes worth uploading to, no need to use any software for that. Only spammers use these submitters.

Very good, I would save money, you would have the address of these 10 websites ?

See the list above, check their Alexa rank and weed out those with rank greater than 5k. Test it with a few uploads and then remove those that don't list you or don't send enough views. Easy.
