They are in fact doing something right in Germany, they changed the 'bar' for becoming police a officer, new recruits need to have a uni degree and be super fit, this is part of a push to transform the police from a cushy job for morons and bullies to a force of smart capable people who really deserve the respect of the people.
Way to go, US surely needs some of that too |
