Adult solo ads / dedicated emails?
 

Anyone heard of solo ad providers for adult? If so, any recommendations?

I have a funnel that asks for an email opt-in, and would like to target people who are already predisposed to opting in to an email list.

P.S. Also open to suggestions on traffic that works well for email marketing. My opt-in rates are abysmal, even with premium traffic and split testing squeeze pages / offers.
