Those are white people lining up to get their Black Friday deals at Walmart.. Everyone knows black people are scared of the cold..

The guy was shot down completely on the ground at 5:35 in the video and you can see the "spray" from another shot at 5:47.

12 seconds is a long time for someone to lay there and still get shot.
