Why don't they call people from Turkey, Turkeys?
 

Been reading all the articles today hoping one writer would refer to them as Turkeys -- better yet, jive ass Turkeys. But they call them Turkmen or Turks instead. Bummer.

Turkmen are something different - Some sort of separate ethnic group that live all over the middle east...

People from Turkey are Turks or Turkish.....

There are loads in my area of London - Most are really nice people - They come over as more honest and straightforward than a lot of the other Muslim groups...
