Russia did some various "sanctions" already.
One of the funnier ones - they arrested Turkish businessmen who came to Krasnodar for some trade show.
They claimed that they could not be doing business on tourist visas (even though these visas were suggested by Russian customs). They sent those businessmen to illegals' camp in Soci from where they will be deported.
