Need Dating Site Advice

Hey Guys have a few questions about dating site numbers.

What should the CPA be?
I heard it should be around $85 CPA

What should the sales rate be?
I heard around 4%

What should CPL be?

I am looking to buy exclusive dating to dating traffic.

We have been averaging $2.30 cpl and about 250 Free sign ups a day sales rate at 2.2%
