CCBill may have financial troubles - this is serious!

This should be taken as a serious warning for everyone here working with CCBill.

Some facts to start with.

1. Nov 16th wire didn't arrive.
2. CCBill says they sent it out + the funds didn't come back to them so the funds stuck somewhere, is what they say.
3. We're asking for wire confirmation. They say 7 business days to deliver an electronic confirmation. (7biz days?)
4. In the meantime second wire (Nov23rd) didn't arrive.
5. CCBill emails us an electronic confirmation of the first wire.
6. We notice in the confirmation, one digit is missing in the IBAN#.
7. They say it's weekend no people in the wire department. On Monday they say the person left for the day.
8. Today they say, the funds came back to them. But they ignore our requests to send us the funds. They find new reasons why they can't send the funds again.

IBAN (International Bank Account Number) contains ALWAYS 26 digits. There's no way CCBill was able to send out a wire with only 25 digits in it. No bank will proceed a wire with missing digit in the IBAN.
That leads us to a simple conclusion, the funds were never sent successfully.
But CCBill was saying (2 weeks long) they do not have the funds, and the funds didn't return to them. All they do, they play to win time. Each contact they say new possible reason why the funds didn't hit our account. All Bullshit. All they say is a reaction on what we discovered. What they say has no logical connection with the facts.

No proper phone call is possible. Nobody in charge is available for a phone call.
12 years of working together means 0 to CCBill. They just keep telling lies.

Is this how a serious company runs a serious biz?
Or rather is this symptomatic for what we experienced about 11 years ago with IBill?

Experience won't let us work with CCBill anymore.
It smells like CCBill's bankruptcy may be in front of us.
If a company makes serious "mistakes" and is not able to solve those "mistakes" on its own = Closed Soon.

Be informed ppl. This may be a serious issue. It does not look good at all.

THIS IS A SHAME WHAT YOU DO CCBILL. WHERE IS THE MONEY???

plaster 11-30-2015 05:21 PM

15.5% and loving every single second of it.

Seems strange though that same wire numbers stopped working... sounds like a bank switch which can, or cannot, be a bad thing.

wehateporn 11-30-2015 05:25 PM

Oddly I had a wire go missing for the first time ever on a similar date, though it wasn't from CCBill, it was from another Third Party processor, I'll need to chase it up at some point

SBJ 11-30-2015 05:46 PM

I guess you better put your app in at MCDs :2 cents:

yup for the 8 years I've done wires with them I've never had a delayed wire. Before that the checks came fast except around the holidays.

dyna mo 11-30-2015 06:05 PM

the only financial trouble they have is figuring out what jet to buy this year.

Same here.

Also setting up some new sites with them now and the customer service has been ridiculously good. Signs of financial trouble usually are quickly seen in customer service.

Sorry but you are wrong, the amount of digits in an IBAN number varies per country.

Check it here: https://www.ecnp.eu/meetings/IBAN
Iceland and Turkey is the only countries with 26 digits.

Let's just spread a rumor, instead of a singular, individual case...

Presented facts first, followed by our interpretation. You can ignore it. Or be warned.

Hi Jeff, was just wondering if you received your daily dose of dirty Sanchez yet?

SIK 11-30-2015 09:05 PM

I had a lost wire as well this month that returned back to ccbill
Waiting for their accounting to give me data on what went wrong so I can check it with my bank

No real reason to worry, probably some regulation changed that needs more info

Rochard 11-30-2015 09:17 PM

There are problems with wires all the time. Doesn't mean a company is going under.

PornDiscounts-V 11-30-2015 10:39 PM

I had a problem with a wire during the same period with a different company. Could be a "wire" issue and not CCbill issue.

The Porn Nerd 11-30-2015 11:39 PM

How much was the wire for?

Major (Tom) 11-30-2015 11:47 PM

We had some wires we sent go missing too. One was sent in CAD and bounced back in USD so it wasnt immediately recognized by any of us. Plus, a lot of times by the time you find that there is an error, it simply isn't your banking day and it gets dealt with on the next day or on monday type of things.

LatinaCamChat 12-01-2015 06:45 AM

The details of your missing money is complicated because there are funds in motion.

Everyone relax, all is well.

CrazyWhiteMan 12-01-2015 06:49 AM

Wire transfers are very old technology, and they are usually done manually (at least in the USA). So, you send wire info to ccbill, ccbill manually sends the info to the bank, then someone at the bank manually sends out the wire... So there is a lot of opportunity for human error at all stages...
CCbill has always paid, I'm sure they will resolve your wire transfer problem.

If I was ccbill, I'd dump your account and cancel all your rebills.

only stone cold retards would use CCbill nowadays

TheLegacy 12-01-2015 07:36 AM

I've been around a while and find it very difficult to accept CCBill is heading the way of IBill (which most of us remember well - even got the tshirts)

As was mentioned - hard to accept that your single payment constitutes the fall of CCBill but that there is more behind the story that what is being told. Now if I saw 50 theads much less 5 dedicated then you may have a few people's attention but it simply looks like a conversation on Skype with your Rep as to what's going on.

Perhaps consider going to the Vegas Internext/AVN to meet them in person?
But we're limited in proof other than your opinion to date

SomeCreep 12-01-2015 07:37 AM

It's a conspiracy! Ah, who cares, the industry is dead anyways.

hellboy78 12-01-2015 08:28 AM

Day 15

A not paying company sends You another update of the case.

"I was not able to reach her at this time. I know this has been really frustrating for you not having received the funds yet. I will follow up with her today regarding this and provide her with the link you had sent to see if there is an alternate solution available. I will follow up with you again via email as soon as I am able to get a reply back from her."

No, it's not a cheap online scammer bullshitting You with another bullshit message.
It's the "BIG" CCBILL bullshitting You with another bullshit message.

CCBILL, WHERE IS THE MONEY ???
