hostblast sites down 4th day, no answer to tickets, help!
hello guys. anyone have any working contact on hostblast? they have been running all good, just now, fourth day and nobody fucking care there, no fucking answer, first tried tech support, then abuse, nobody fucking care. is out there anyone, who can help me to get my datas from there, so i can leave the fucked up hosting alone and make chargeback? my sites are down fourth day already, tons of work on them, so i am seriously pissed, and i am on vps there, not that cheap half dollar hosting ... thank you much for any help and have a nice day everyone! :thumbsup

That sucks ! Back in the days they had a very good live support ! I have 3 sites hosted on their servers (shared not vps) and all are up I guess they are on a different server than yours ! I dunno if they will give you a refund ! For vps I prefer digitalocean never had problems with them ! I hope they will answer you as soon as possible , with that atitudine they will lose all their clients !

so, now i tried chat, and got my sites back up ... but what are they doing is really out of my understanding ... the only change they did, was to make people hosting with them pissed and wasting their time ... nothing to say, have been over half hour pissed on chat, now i need a break ... :2 cents: thanks for the replies, will do something to prevent this next time ... have luck with your hostings and business everyone! :thumbsup
