how long sections of porn movies can i use for music?

I don't see you being able to use Fair Use as a affirmative defense, and I presume that your song is not meant to be played at home, but is instead for commercial benefit such as your online radio station. Am I correct?

Legally you should reach out to the model or her manager, and seek written consent from whomever owns the rights to that person's name, likeness, image, "voice", etc.

Just do like the major tubes did and play it without permission, make as much money as you can and as lawsuits start coming in buy the content licenses or the companies themselves.

thank you nalem. the music will be of course non profit, just fun, but nobody cared about that i think. i have been more asking if someone knows about the rule, or how to say that, i have heard that you can use anything you want, just be under five seconds, if i am right. but just what i have in my head, may be just some hoax, but so far i know i can use five seconds of anything, without breaking any rule, but as i said, i have no backup for this so have been asking here ... thanks for the replies so far! :thumbsup
