Never used them but a very respected name from years gone by. Never heard a bad word about Rick

Rick is well respected in the domain/website industry.
He at one time had a bit of a partner Toby Clements that spit off the domain sales work and got himself into hot water about 4/5 years ago. No reflection on Rick.
I can only say since I have had no dealings in the last 6 years with him that you don't stand up very long in his biz doing the wrong thing.
