FYI Leaseweb is notorious for hosting pirated content. They won't give 2 fucks about your takedown notices. You probably won't be able to shut wipfilms.net down unless you hire a good lawyer and spend a ton of money that you'll never recover. Even if you do succeed, it will ultimately be pointless because that idiot will just go and start another website and you will be back to square one.

Your best bet is to get his links removed from Google's SERPs, which will hurt his SEO. If you're lucky, he'll be annoyed enough to stop stealing your content in order to prevent you from doing that.
