I abuse my sleep by regularly staying up through the night which then makes me a zombie the following day, it's definitely not a smart thing to be doing :winkwink:

I don't know....I've known a couple of people who could be considered a guitar virtuoso. But neither seemed to be too bright.

yup mine too.. It explains it cause the main reason I can't sleep most of the time is that I can't shut my mind down enough to sleep. I sleep during the day when I sleep at all.

Staying up all night because the choices you make doing shift work and then having shift work disorder to fuck up your sleeping pattern is not being smarter. Just fucking life.
