These guys got all the top pornstars and have no affiliate program.. who is behind this? most of their traffic is from social media.. What is the models cut, that makes them promote it heavily on social media?

DNS is dpnet, same of realitykings, nastydollars, fling (Global Personals, LLC), ...
camsoda.com got same dns too, that's "Secure Live Media, LLC"

Yep, Chatstar.com also has incoming links from sites like madthumbs.com, slutload.com etc.
