CCbill referral sale URL
 

Why there are no referral URL for most of the sales with ccbill? Yes, there are some and it is always good to know where from sales are coming but biggest % of sales is simply N/A.

You could sort of get round this by signing up several times to the same ccbill program and use the different affiliate links for your different links (if you get my meaning). Its not ideal, but better than nothing.
