90 day fitness challenge for my fellow colleagues in the adult industry

I will be hosting a 90 day fitness challenge for my fellow colleagues in the adult industry. This is a body transformation challenge that will start on February 1st, 2016. For me, it’s easy to say “this year I’m going to get in the best shape of my life” but without something to train for, it is hard to stay focused and to meet this goal. There is strength in numbers and together we can accomplish our goals!

I figured the beginning of Feb would be a good start date since most of us have 2 weeks on the road in January that will include a lot of eating out and room service. We will start on Feb 1st and winners will be selected on May 1st. 2 winners will be selected, 1 male and 1 female. I hope to issue a $1,000 cash prize to each winner but this will depend on how many participants and sponsors we have. There is a $50 buy-in to participate. The buy-in will encourage you to stay committed since you have some skin in the game. Everyone who enters will ultimately be a winner because our health is the most important thing we have.

An FB group has been created for this challenge and I’ll extend an invite to everyone who would like to participate. Feel free to visit adultfit90.com in a week for more details; the site is currently under construction so please be patient. The site will include workout, diet tips and motivational tools. We can post weekly progress pictures to keep each other motivated. I will also be participating in this contest; however, I will make myself exempt from winning the prize. I will be cheering everyone on and remain impartial and will be available to help answer questions and to provide training tips.

NOTE: This challenge is only available to members who currently work in the adult industry.

Please PM me with your email if you’re interested in participating. There are also sponsorship opportunities available, additional details will be provided when you hit me up.

Don’t wish for it, work for it!

Congrats man! I started running last spring but still didn't get close to 8 miles. I run about 4 miles at most before I'm dead. Then again I can bike for about 14 miles. Does that count?

plaster 01-01-2016 11:25 PM

I would like to bunk with Jeff in a hotel room and have him whisper, all night, into my ear, how to properly do repetitions with dumb bells... that would be awesome :)

Matyko 01-02-2016 03:05 AM

I am in, sent you a fb msg. :pimp

I can bike for 30 miles and can not run even 2 miles. Biking is much more easier than just 14 vs 4.

You will fail. It's typical fat person mentality. "Im going to start Tuesday".

No being healthy is an everyday lifestyle choice. It's not something you do later. Dropping "40 pounds by may" is also another fail point. No you dont need to drop 40 pounds by may. You need to live a healthy lifestyle always. Weightloss happens naturally by being healthy.

When yoy REALLY choose to live a healthy lifestyle exact weight will no longer be in your thought process. This isnt rocket science.

Alright AdultFit90 Crew,

Here is how this challenge will work.

To Enter:

-- On Feb 1st you will take two pictures. (before pics) 1 facing the camera with a Feb 1st newspaper, so we know it is a current pic. The 2nd pic will be a side profile pic (no paper needed). Ideally, these pics should be in your bathing suit or underwear. More skin is better. The goal is to see your body, so I can judge the transformation and progress you have worked so hard to make.

-- On Feb 1st weigh yourself. The best time of day to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning. **I am not a huge fan of scales because they can be misleading since you can put on muscle and lose fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. However, it is a good idea to keep an eye on your weight.

-- On Feb 1st measure your waist. How to take your measurement. Stand up straight and exhale slowly. Hold the end of the tape measure at your navel and bring it around your waist to the front. The measuring tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly around your torso without digging into your skin. Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where the zero end meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your waist measurement. Double-check your measurement. Repeat the measurement once more to ensure the accuracy of your original measurement. If it is different from the first time, measure for a third time and take the average of the three numbers.

-- After all this is done. Send your Before Pics, height & weight, waist measurement to me ([email protected]) NO LATER THAN FEB 2nd. EMAIL SUBJECT LINE ??(YOUR NAME) AdultFit90?
Paypal $50 to my paypal account ([email protected]). Payment must be received by FEB 2nd to participate.

Contest Judging:

-- On May 1st, you will take two pictures. (after pics) 1 facing the camera with a May 1st newspaper. The 2nd pic will be a side profile pic, Please try to take the after picture in the same location, clothing and lighting as the first

-- Weigh yourself and measure your waist as described above.

-- Send After Pictures, Weight and Waist measurement to [email protected] no later than May 2nd. I will review all entries and announce the winners (1 male & 1 female) on May 7th.

-- Winners will be the contestants that had the biggest transformation NOT who lost the most weight. Our goal is to reduce body fat and improve muscle mass.

NOTE: I wont post your pictures online unless you are a winner. You are welcome to post to this group if you like. I know Ill be posting my pics. I think it is important for the winners to post their pictures to show others hard work and dedication pays off. Change is possible with creating new healthy habits.

I will do my best to help you with your journey to a healthier you. I recommend downloading the App ??MyFitnessPal? Or ??Fat Secret?. Both are great apps that I have used in the past. These apps will help us track your diet and calorie output so we can make adjustments as needed. Most people think they are eating healthy or under their daily caloric allotment, but when they start counting calories they see how easy it is to go over. It also helps me from eating some foods because I don't want to log it into the app.

I would wish you all good luck, but you don't need luck for this contest...you need hard work, dedication, discipline and an unstoppable drive. It is going to be hard at first, but when you see the results you will know it is all worth it. I will be documenting my progress and posting pics online with diet and training tips. We are in this together.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments.

:thumbsup

This challenge sounds fucking awesome and I will read more up on it as soon as I am done smoking a bag of weed and eating a huge bag of potato chips. I have a question: can I leave my body completely hairy like a gorilla in the before pic and then shave it and get a tan in the after pic?

sperbonzo 01-28-2016 06:58 AM

I just figured out that this is actually an elaborate scheme to get free chubby content!

LetterTwenty7 01-28-2016 07:30 AM

Good luck, girls and boys! :)
I started eating healthy again, working out and juicing, so I will pass because I already have a routine, but otherwise, I would be interested.

I just signed up. Why? Because I like a little competition and Jeff has a lot of credibility with his physique.

I still go to the gym 3-4 times a week but will most likely do so everyday now.

Dont go every day your muscles need some rest to grow. Just work on your deadlift, squat, bench press and military shoulder press. Those give the best result fast. You can check on faq - Fitness they have lot of good read. Good luck on the challenge :)

10 pounds of muscle doesn't happen in 3 months. But still act like you want to do that and you'll gain as much as genetically possible.

that ^

The way this contest is make only 2 types of people can win

Someone really overweight that eat lot of carb and have lot of water retention pushing is belly out to look as fat as possible on the before picture. Then he start going on low carb, low calorie for 90 days, lost about 40 pounds in 3 month and have a huge change on the after picture.

Or someone at the end of a bulk cycle that make himself look as big as possible in the first pictures then start a 3 months cut and look like he got 20 extra pounds of muscles on a slimmer body.

If you already fit with a low % body fat you just gonna gain about 2 pounds of muscle a month and the picture wont look as impressive.

agree about that but the money involve remove a bit from the nice intention and some may try to ''cheat'' the system.

So true. I've been bulking since October 22, and I started at around 9% body fat at 168 and a 32 inch waist.

I'm now at around 185 (35 inch waist) and my abs are still visible. I've been tracking progress with shirtless selfies and there's not much visible difference from the oldest vs most recent pic. Just a little wider looking, but still very fit. So there's probably about 3 or 4 pounds of actual muscle in there once I cut down again.

But I think 2 pounds a month isn't possible unless you're juicing and incredibly gifted genetically.

2 pounds a month is possible in the first year of training but then it go down every year.
