There have been a few discussions on this topic of late where people are interested in learning more and need someone to help them get started. There is a lot of interest from affiliates looking for new opportunities since the adult revenue stream is up and down making it harder to make a living doing that alone. In my opinion, any experienced affiliate could go over into mainstream and make a better return for the same time invested. Obviously there is a cost for a platform and such, but I think it's worth those struggling guys checking out.

This may not be this option for those looking to send a newsletter once a month with a promo, but there are other alternatives on that forum for platforms, training, offers, ad networks and alike. You can ask around. People have contacted me here and on XBIZ looking for something like this. I figured throwing up in the main section for those interested to go read up on themselves would be helpful. The rest is up to them to do their diligence. It's at least a starting point for those looking for something like this.
