Paxum accounting department or Ruth, please help me get my WIRE transfer.

Hello guys,

I really need some help. I signed up for a Paxum account and never received the Card. The card was mailed on Nov 12th and never got it. I thought I could order a express card for $95 but it's going to take another 2 weeks to print and 1 extra week for shipping. Tha's why I thought WIRE was going to be my salvation.

I requested a WIRE transfer for in the morning of Dec 28th and they told me they will process the transfer asap, they say it can take up to 5 business days but this is not right. I've received WIRE transfers before and they only take 24 hours to reach my bank account.

Today customer support answered my ticked and they're saying that there are delays and that they haven't send my WIRE yet! and $50USD for a WIRE is pretty expensive, at least they could put a little effort.

I'm desperate without any money. I had to lend money to cover basic expenses and this has been a nightmare. Now I have to pay rent on the 7th. This was the worst christmas and holidays. :(

Please Paxum, help me get my money. I really appreciate it. I'm desperate and this stress is killing me and my family. Please.:(

Hi John, I believe I've already spoken with you on Skype earlier today. Please note, 31st December and 1st January were holidays with our bank, and as such, those two days do not count as business days.

I will update you as soon as I receive a response from accounting.

Thanks,
Ruth :)

Hi Ruth, yes, thanks for the prompt response. I posted this thread before adding you to Skype hoping you could see it first.

Hello Ruth, I contacted customer support as you recommened and they keep giving me different answers.

I requested my WIRE on Dec 28th 2015 then I got this automatic emai:

" 2015-12-28 12:26:56
Dear Mr. *********

Your WIRE withdrawal will be processed by our accounting department in the shortest time possible.

It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.

Best Regards!"

I asked again on Jan 4th 2016 and this was the answer:

2016-01-04 13:34:28
"There have been a few delays lately, for which we apologize, caused by the special Winter Holidays schedule and your WIRE has not left our system yet. We have contacted our accounting department and requested them to prioritize your transfer.

However, please be advised through our system it may take up to 5 and sometimes even 7 business days for a WIRE to reach your bank account from the day you receive an email saying the transfer was completed.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards"

Again nothing, Ruth has been helpful on Skype but she has no control of what happens on accounting.

Yesterday I asked about my money again and this was today's response:

2016-01-08 06:45:04

"As mentioned in our previous reply, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account and since your WIRE was validated on 2016-01-05, we kindly ask you to wait the 5 business days and if the funds do not reach your account by then, notify us.

Best Regards!"

Do you see the problem here? $50 USD for a WIRE is very expensive and there's no priority at all. I've seen threads here where people get their WIRES and send their WIRES fast.

I'm really desperate and no money yet because Paxum servers are to slow to process the WIRE. :(

If you're so reliant on one wire transfer then you're doing it wrong. :2 cents:

What you mean?

Oracle Porn 01-08-2016 06:59 AM

means you shouldn't be in the position you have to lend money to pay for basics because 1 wire transfer is late

correct.

The OP should look into the following concepts.

1. Saving for a rainy day.
2. Diversifying income streams.
3. Basic business acumen.

Well, I did before. I lost another income stream I had due to the economy so this is not happening because I want to.

the 50$ fee has nothing to do with priority, go to the bank and unless it's included in your bank account package, and it'll still cost 50$, it's bank fees.

wow, everyday a problem

serious pattern developing here

The thing is that they don't send the WIRE's when they tell you in their emails. If a friend goes to a bank and send me a WIRE I'll get it in 24 hrs. This is not right, right in their site it says 3 business days.
