I agree, still the best board though. But at least they must promote a couple established/non psycho members to oversee the basic "ban-able" offenses if the mods are busy.

Well, the point is "if the mods are busy", then they shouldnt be mods at all.

To moderate a large forum like GFY, you need to be DAILY on the board.
