There's always one house in every neighborhood...if they weren't around things would be great. I'll bet this neighborhood has a lot of those houses.

Penny24Seven 01-12-2016 12:40 PM

So he has neighbors who are loud? I mean what more was there to see? It was a span of 3 years LOL, if it was a month I can see it being crazy or even a couple but I just see some loud and probably rude neighbors. Neighbors from hell I could think of a lot worse.
Worst part I saw was the dogs almost eating that poor kid and him shitting his pants in fear

You missed all the gun play obviously.
You probably missed all the knives in all those car tires and breaking into his truck.

Sounded like he eventually shot himself in the head.

Unfortunately it's not. Even small 2 bedroom apartments in Moscow start at about $200,000 USD. This is how the most popular houses in his country look like:

The Florida clown has no idea how fake ads work to get SE traffic :1orglaugh

These are the actual real prices for 2 bedroom (in rubles of course): mirkvartir.ru. Everybody can divide them by 75 to get the price in USD. Something tells me the clown could not afford to rent even a toilet even in the cheapest apartments :)

The average price for a real (not fake) 2-badroom apartments of economy class in Moscow is about 14 million rubles which is equal to $186,000 USD today. But it will be some small apartments of about 80 square meters in a house like this:

http://f0.mirkvartir.me/728x546/91/9...1f33125fdf.jpg

Here is the actual offer. When I say economy class, I mean it literally. There will be no swimming pool and even no underground parking. The offer says the house is secured, but I have some doubts...

The clown is in my ignore list because I don't want to read his silly posts :)

Actually the financial crisis is a good thing for me personally because all my earnings are in USD and Euro (I don't work for a Russian market). You won't believe, but two days ago I have bought small french baguettes in Auchan for 6.9 rubles each. If you convert this price into USD, it will be... (tadam!) 9 cents. Nine cents for a fresh crisp french baguette! :pimp

BTW here is the fixed link from my previous post: actual prices for 2-bedroom apartments in Moscow. Everybody can easily convert them into USD ($1 USD = 75 rubles). Those are real prices for today. And yes, if you are looking for good 100 square meter apartments in a good place, be ready to pay about 30-70 million rubles which is almost $500,000 - $1 million USD. Yep, that's a crisis ;) Course it's still possible to buy some small closet in Khrushchyovka for about 7 million rubles, but I doubt a normal person will want to live there. Those are for junkies and alcoholics. You're Russian and you know what I'm talking about, right? :)

P.S. Even Khrushchyovka is much better than a trailer of some average Joe the redneck, because those ugly buildings are made of bricks and concrete. They all have central a heating system, electricity, water, canalization and gas communication. You won't got frozen in -20C there and it won't get destroyed by a tornado.

We and Americans have a little bit different view that middle class is. Let's look at some regular Russian engineer who has apartments in the city, a car and a dacha. A typical person, right? Which class this person should be associated with? Now look at some typical Homer Simpson. He is also an engineer, who spends 90% of his salary on Obamacare, mortgage of a cardboard house he lives in (he even doesn't own it), taxes, utility bills etc. In result he has almost no cash in his pocket. He even has no dacha (according to Wikipedia 50% of Soviet families had a second house called dacha). Is he a middle class?

As about comparison of trailer parks and Khrushchyovkas, you are totally wrong, because these are a way different places to live. Just compare the prices. You can buy a trailer for less than $5000 USD (I did pat that money only to rent a car for a few weeks). Can you buy even some smallest one-room apartments in Khrushchyovka in the most shittiest outskirts of the country for such a price? Course you can't. So it's like to compare a bicycle with a plane. I saw a lot of trailer parks as well as single-storey cardboard houses which can be broken with a finger when I was to the States, so I know what I'm talking about. A cheap-ass ugly Khrushchyovka is a royal palace in comparison to those.

No, they are not. The good ones have underground parking etc. Also here in Moscow the most important thing that affects the price is the location. As close to the center the building is, as more it's expensive. Also there is no such a thing like new is good. The old buildings can be much more expensive than the new ones. E.g. those are apartments in old (very old) houses - note the prices and please don't post your silly bullshit here. Yet another site - the same old buildings again. Yes there is one apartments for 309 million rubles (~ $4.1 million dollars) in the new building, but i has 5-bedrooms (not just 2 or 3 like many old ones in that list).

You have no idea about Moscow realty market, which s very specific. When I lived in other city, I also was knew nothing about it and believed it's possible to buy apartments in Moscow for only $35Kas it was written in the Internet ads. When I came here (it was a beginning of 2000's), I have discovered that $45K was a starting price for apartments in non-completed buildings in the Moscow area - not in Moscow, but in the city near to it. Today the actual prices start at about $80K. But again, not in Moscow and not in completed buildings. You will have to wait for at least a year till it will be ready for living. In this case the price will be higher of course. Many here are using this scheme to make money.

Look at how this idiot pretends that it is not so good because there is no swimming pool as if swimming pools are common in Russia apartment houses

You are a stupid imbecile. Course swimming pools are not common in Russia because it's cold here. However they are common for the USA (they have a warm climate mostly). So my comment was directed to them. I wanted to say they won't find here some things they consider usual for apartment buildings in their country.

But your average salary is $500.

"the average monthly salary across Russia shrank to 31,200 rubles ($500) in January, Gazeta.ru reported Tuesday citing the Economic Development Ministry."

So its 3.99 for big mac here and 1.75 where you at. But I can walk across the street and buy Whopper for 0.99 cents. You can't because you probably have 5 Burger King locations in entire country. :1orglaugh
You spend your life savings to buy used car yet just about any 16 year old with drivers licence has his own car in the states. Two months of busing tables at IHop and you have drivable hooptie :1orglaugh

i understand that. my point is that the video is not at all representative of "white America". it's representative of a dickhead neighbor, Oklahoma certainly doesn't hold a monopoly over the bad luck of having a shitty neighbor.
