I think everyone must be aware of Cologne Sexual Attack in New Year's Eve?

What do you think, should migrants be thrown out of Germany or give a stern warning to not to do this again

They should not be here in the first place, so yes.

oeconomical immigrants: yes

war refugees from syria: must be organized and let them stay till syria is stable, than send them back

Should the rest of the world pay for other countries no but this is the result.
For poll to make sense you need to have an answer as to what to do with these people as still no where to go.
So either their enemy kills them or their place of refuge.
