Sick of giving away free content and tubes getting too much? Here is what we did for our new site!
 

So here is what we did for our new series StepSiblingsCaught.com

1. Releasing a pilot episode scene for tubes and promo content.
2. Advertising the site as a series like you might find on Netflix.
3. Advertising of the exclusivity of the new series only being found at the membership site (Not available on the tubes yet!)
4. Holding back on the long tubes released until there is enough demand.
5. We also plan to create seasons so we can release season 1 as promo content and start advertising season 2.

I've not edited any clips for tubes to my new site yet, I may have to create a preview movie in the similar strategy, video footage of the first scene & promote the next series are coming soon. Thanks for the ideas :thumbsup

That is what you're saying, isn't it, since you're somehow comparing what you're doing to Netflix/HBO/etc... you can easily watch all of Games of Thrones for free in it's entirety, almost as soon as it's released on HBO.

All of your content will be available on tubes, torrents, etc, for free, the moment it is released.

Strategy seems good, content obviously good, just the way you are explaining it is strange/incorrect.

This. Unfortunately the best option is to pay the ransom for the big tubes by paying them. So that ponhub/xvideos/xhamster will be proactive about keeping your full length content off their site.

Is it just me or do pornhub users consistently rate submissions much lower than users on other tubes? More then once I've seen a video with more than 1 million views have a 99% rating on xvideos and that same video have a 50% rating on pornhub.

Thank you for the link. Our team will work on getting this removed as well as any other clips we come across. This is of course a constant battle and I know what we are doing now is not a final solution but it is a step toward limiting it and so far sales are great.

I also know this won't end piracy but We can only do so much on our end about limiting what WE put on the tubes and how much WE show for free. As long as we keep putting out quality content that people enjoy and try to limit its release on the tubes and other sites for free, then surfers will come back for more and to see more, they will need to join.

It's a good concept but there will always be some morons who will upload videos from your membership area to tube sites for various reasons.

the series thing wont catch on. porn watchers have short attention spans. if their cock is out, they aren't going to wait a week/month/year for the next episode. they want to rub it out now. Playboy already tried this. porn is vice, its not entertainment.

your best and probably only chance for this site to succeed is to tap into the thousands of existing and cancelled Nubiles members. then start doing trades and combo deals like you are with Nubiles.
