Phoenix Forum Hotel - Who's booked?
 

Rooms went on sale earlier today. It took me 43 calls, but I am all set and booked now. Who else got a room and is staying at The Mission Palms?

All booked! They were having phone issues, calls were getting dropped, so they said it was a madhouse!

This happens every damn year. You would think after what, 10 years they'd figure it out

It was insane but the last time my call dropped the rep took the time to see if they had a phone number for me on record and they did! He called me back, I was blown away.

We're all good.

All booked, but not at the show hotel. Prefer not to turn our office into a call center for an hour just to stay on-site. :winkwink:

I dont even try to call in as the Marriott down the street (2 min walk) has better rooms imo.

4 calls before we finally got to go on hold, 10 mins on hold then they offered to call us back, 1 hour later they did so and rooms were booked. Smooth process for us.
