Google crawl question
 

Once you have Google webmaster tools fetch and render URL and you select submit to index it gives options to 1. Crawl only this URL or 2. Crawl this URL and its direct links.
Which would be best choice here? I usually go with only this url.

It depends what you want to accomplish. I prefer crawl the whole site.

Since the fiasco of my host screwing things up it has been a struggle to regain the loss. So back to seo and se work as well as any other way to push it.
