Actually, that's not quite what I read happened.

What I read was that Trump told Fox that he would not do the debate if Megan Kelly was involved.

Fox then told Trump tough, Megan is staying.

So, not exactly Trump telling them to fuck off. I think it was more a mutual go fuck yourself.

But like I said, that's just what I read.
