Actually, others tried to do much before. Content is KING and GOD. Pornhub has the best content in the porn biz, maybe along with a few others. All they need to do is monetize the traffic.

Adverts, their paysites, affiliate deals, etc. The next move has to be another content site people will pay for. Cams is an obvious one, but not doing so well. Gambling is fairly low cost once the program is installed. OK, not as expensive as having livecam models or updating 5 times a day on a paysite.
