Why a Lot of Straight Redirects in Google Results

Hi Guys

When I search on Google for Live Jasmin model names, I have noticed a lot of search results from other domains that will just redirect straight away to Live Jasmin.

How is this done, and why is it done?

They are Whitelabels.
