"Every single video posted on any Mindgeek tubesite is screened by a person from start to finish and the employee who doesnâ??t actually view the whole thing can get in trouble"
"They donâ??t mind copyright infringing material BUT they do mind other common illegal content such as child porn etc."
Ok so the idea is: if they can keep out child porn 100% effectively (and they do), they can keep out pirate content 100% too (but they don't do). I am not commenting on the "do or don't mind" allegations, and the cases when a DMCA is received; but, limited to the screning over new uploaded content, let me point out that it is easier to decide by screener guys if a video is child porn (since children look different from adults, normally) than the if a video with adults is piracy, since amateur or public domain videos may, at times, look the same as DMCA protected videos. I know that you can learn with training about porn stars and producers up to recognise DMCA content at first sight, but, this is not something as definitive or easy as recognising child porn or isis beheadings.
A Fabian (Nathan) times, in 2010 licensed the Vobile system that claimed to be able to recognise automatically the videos comparing their fingerprint with a database of videos "Manwinâ??s implementation of the fingerprint filtering applies not only to Pink Visual content but all studios who maintain digital fingerprints with Vobile".
If that's the case, it would be enough for all content producers to give Vobile - Protect, Measure & Monetize their content, they add to db et voila'. Had any content producer been in touch with Vobile except pink visual?
