Fit to Fat to Fit?
 

Anyone watching this show? It's pretty damn interesting! I wonder if any of the fitness trainers will eventually say fuck it, and stick to the shitty diet and no working out.

I watched it just the first episode. I think it's interesting, but I don't really dig the concept. Kinda silly.

Fit so you eat pizza to fat and then sex to be fit

My wife set up a series recording for it but I refuse to watch it since it is so stupid. I get the concept but why do the trainers have to gain a ton of weight to motivate the already fat people to lose it? Surely a good hard look in the mirror is enough for them to work out with someone who has dedicated their life to being fit and healthy.

I thought the premise was ridiculous also. No way I would sacrifice gains...even for a fat check.
