Can anybody explain me how the company with such a cool offers for advertisers can be such a crap. I just have no time to describe all my experience with them but maybe here around is one of the owners and he can speed up my refund?

the main problem is, that my company was ready to pay really good volumes. I was asked about budgets and told them about... but if there is such a big problem to refund $1.8k I cannot imagine what will happen after you pay 50k for example.

You just take money for the traf which non ordered or you filters sucs or you team non professional.
Moreover waiting so much time for the refund at least strange and indicate that you company is in a cash flow trouble.

Looks like you asked for a refund the 26th, which was refunded 2 days later. There were additional funds in your bidding account that were not refunded with the original refund sent. We will be issuing this refund, please contact me on skype @ JDG480 so that I can make sure we send it back via your preferred payment method (Paxum/PayPal).

The 2nd issue Kat noted the payables person was out sick so would be a bit to get you the refund. Looks like she was out multiple days so unfortunately payments were not going out except to publishers during that time.

If something happened different from what you're describing below, or how I'm interpreting it, please let me know. Like I said, we want everyone to enjoy working with us, when there are issues please feel free to reach out to myself to get the problems solved.

Traffic buying: If you didn't get the traffic you're looking for most likely your cpm bids are too low for that traffic. However if this was a direct purchase then you should have a full refund if we didn't deliver the traffic we said we were selling. I'm looking into this now to see what the issues were.
I'll be happy to make sure the campaigns for the traffic you want is setup correctly so that this issue doesn't happen again and you get the best experience.

I've just looked into the issue and it appears you were refunded your initial request within 72 hours and this last request pertains to a credit we issued you.

Guys I have my money now but 72 hours for both refunds is a real cool story. Just see in my first topic when was it requested second time and see the date today.

Please ask your both supports Kat and Olga to send you the whole chats from my first invoice and you will see why I was about 2 Months so patient until yesterday. (Send me the copy so I can say nothing was deleted)

And about traffic, you say my bid was to small. but if my manager says here is your price : 5$ cpm and you will get around 50k/daily do you want it? I say Yes and don't know where I have to bid here if I buy flatrate.

I dont think they are cheaters , just clumsy af . Some other ad networks having same problem, where it is hard to get any support. But one thing is sure - if ad network does not respond in 24 hour period during bussiness days, such ad network is crap.

Well, i never tried their advertisers part, partly due buggered interface, partly due policy where for display traffic was minimum deposit 200$ and for popunder 1000$ which was not declared anywhere on site.
Wanted to try them as publisher as well, but it took them like month to send code, so i lost will to deal with them totally.
