WARNING: Diabetic Jam Alert! - CS In Here...

On the jar it says it contains Sorbitol and may cause a laxative effect in very small writing...

Let me tell you - It should be in BIG LETTERS on the front of the jar.....

I had 2 pieces of toast with some on - Not excessive at all - OH MY GOD - I have had to call in a HAZMAT team - They have taken the 'stuff' I produced away in oil drums and are going to bury it under a mountain in Wales.....

Watch out for sugar alcohols in "sugar free" foods, especially sugar free candy.

Unless of course you like the feeling of being about to explode from the gas pressure :fart

I thought there was a difference in the two. Jam is a bit more healthy made with fresh fruits and jelly was mostly pectin or sugar based with less fruit.

I could be wrong
