mmm, 1000 euros in spain will be not enough to produce enough content for a paysite, mayb just one girl :S

No it won't be enough. best to buy some content and start your site that way then use social media to drive free traffic if you don't have money left for marketing. Once you start getting enough paid subscribers you can think about creating your own content, good luck.
