Easier way to regisger videos for copyright
 

Looking into registering, but most of the US government publications I have found speak of things like CD-ROMs and 500 MB upload limits, which don't go very far for HD video. My thoughts were to make some low resolution versions and upload a batch as a collection. Anyone have a better way?
